This is OK, but – given how short the post is, do you really need it still? If you do, then maybe expand it a bit to be clearer as to what days you are closed during the holiday season. Maybe even include a calendar mock-up showing crossed out days for when you’re closed. You might add this is part of your standard business practice, so people can get an understanding the only days of the year the practice is closed is weekends and public holidays.
